In 2016, I spoke as several cross government design meet-ups in the UK and Australia about how we transformed the provision of free court services in the UK at Ministry of Justice.
The service transformation included form design, internal staff applications, and linking systems between MOJ and DWP, removing paper and manual processes.
We regularly received positive feedback from the public, advice centre volunteers, and court staff, and our work was shortlisted for a Civil Service award.
